Christ’s Chapel is a Christ-centered community passionate about worship, discipleship, and reaching our community with the love of Jesus. We are seeking a Worship & AV Leader who can lead engaging worship experiences while overseeing the technical production aspects of our services.

Key Responsibilities

Worship Leadership

• Plan, organize, and lead worship services in collaboration with pastoral staff.
• Select music that reflects biblical truth and aligns with the church’s mission.
• Lead rehearsals and mentor volunteer musicians and vocalists.
• Incorporate Scripture, prayer, and creativity into worship experiences.

Audio/Visual Production

• Oversee sound, lighting, livestream, and media presentation during services.
• Recruit, train, and schedule AV volunteers.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, updated, and operated with excellence.
• Assist with video, graphics, and other creative elements to enhance worship.

Qualifications

• A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to spiritual maturity.
• Strong musical ability (vocals and instrument) with experience leading worship.
• Proficiency with audio, video, lighting, and presentation software (e.g., ProPresenter, etc.).
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Prior church worship/tech experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

$50,000
