Living Waters is a presence-driven, Christ-centered community in Buxton, Maine (20 miles west of Portland), launching a bold new chapter in August 2025. We’re searching for a part-time worship leader to guide our volunteer team and lead transformative Spirit-led worship experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Live as a devoted disciple of Jesus, modeling a consecrated life.
- Embrace and champion the vision of our Lead Pastor.
- Craft inspiring worship services using Planning Center.
- Prepare dynamic service media with Proclaim software.
- Grow the volunteer team and steward a presence-driven culture.

- Strong leadership skills—be a self-motivated initiator ready to steer our worship ministry.
- Familiarity with Planning Center and Proclaim (or similar tools) is a plus.
- Ability to lead with acoustic guitar and tracks, paired with exceptional vocal talent.
- Comfortable with basic tech—writing clear emails, documents, and more.
- Bring a warm, uplifting spirit to every interaction.
- Honor confidentiality and act with professionalism and grace in all relationships.
- Manage time wisely and stay composed under pressure.
