Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week

Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience and abilities), also work remotely! 

Job Summary:

We're seeking a healthy, passionate, catalytic prayer revivalist to ignite and sustain a vibrant Zoom-based prayer ministry. This role is for a builder rather than a manager—a visionary leader with a proven history of cultivating prayer-driven ministries. This individual will run spirit-led Zoom calls, edit content for dynamic prayer sessions, and foster a supportive, prayer-focused community.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Spirit-Led Word based - Zoom Calls

Facilitate Zoom prayer sessions with passion and discernment, remaining sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s leading. Be open to spontaneous "Good Samaritan" moments where the group may pray for specific needs as they arise.

Content Creation and Organization

Write, edit, and organize slides for each Zoom call. Develop a monthly prayer strategy, preparing themes, topics, and specific prayer points.

Build and Nurture Community

Maintain a personal prayer list, keeping regular contact with core community members through 15-minute monthly check-ins. Start and manage a WhatsApp group dedicated to sharing prayer requests and testimonies of answered prayers. 

Intercession and Strategy

Dedicate an hour daily to pray over the Zoom prayer revivalists and the ministry as a whole.

Strategize monthly "celebrity" guest calls with influential faith leaders (e.g. Sean Feucht), considering ways to post these special calls on YouTube.

Church Partnership Development

Explore creative ways to connect local churches with the ministry's vision, building partnerships that expand the reach and impact of the prayer revival.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building or growing a prayer ministry or ministry deeply rooted in prayer.
• Ability to lead passionate, engaging Zoom calls with discernment and wisdom.
• Strong writing and organizational skills for developing prayer resources and strategies.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain meaningful connections within a prayer community.
• Comfortable with digital tools (Zoom, WhatsApp) and social media platforms for content sharing.
