Zoom Prayer Revival Pastor & Revival Team Director (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a healthy, passionate, catalytic Revival Pastor to ignite and sustain a thriving online prayer movement through Zoom.

This is not a position for someone who simply manages tasks. We are looking for a visionary spiritual leader and culture builder who carries a heart for revival, intercession, discipleship, and community.

This individual will pastor and nurture our prayer community, oversee and develop a growing team of Revivalist Intercessors, and help expand our revival team to 40 active members.

We are specifically looking for someone who embodies our four core values: healthy, holy, humble, and hungry.

This role requires someone who can cultivate authentic relationships, inspire spiritual growth, and build a vibrant revival culture centered on prayer and first love devotion to Jesus.

Key Responsibilities

Build and Pastor the Prayer Community

• Serve as a pastoral leader to core prayer members through consistent daily, weekly, and monthly engagement.

• Maintain regular connection through text communication and monthly 15-minute individual check-in calls.

• Cultivate relational unity among members by sharing testimonies, prayer requests, faith-building content, and encouraging members to pray for one another.

• Foster a healthy, connected, and thriving prayer culture.

Lead Spirit-Led Zoom Prayer Gatherings

• Facilitate engaging, Scripture-based Zoom prayer calls with discernment and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.

• Create space to minister to the Lord, host His presence, and lead intercession-based prayer.

• Remain open to spontaneous ministry opportunities and prayer needs that arise during gatherings.

Build and Oversee the Revival Team

• Recruit, develop, and help expand our Revivalist Intercessor team to approximately 40 members.

• Provide spiritual oversight, encouragement, and leadership to the Revivalist Intercessor team.

• Equip team members to grow in prayer, leadership, and revival culture.

• Help create systems that foster accountability, healthy community, and long-term sustainability.

Intercession and Strategic Development

• Dedicate one hour per day (five days per week) to praying over Zoom prayer members and the Crossroads community.

• Maintain an active list of prayer requests and testimonies.

• Prayerfully seek the Lord for spiritual and practical direction regarding revival team growth and development.

• Strategize creative ways to build engagement, strengthen community, and cultivate passion for revival.

Collaboration

• Attend weekly staff and departmental meetings.

• Work closely with leadership to strengthen and expand the overall vision of Crossroads.

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience building and cultivating healthy revival culture through prayer, discipleship, and pastoral care.

• Experience leading prayer communities, ministries, or intercessory teams.

• Ability to pastor individuals through unique life situations with wisdom and compassion.

• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.

• Comfortable using digital platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Strong discernment and ability to lead Spirit-led gatherings.

• Ability to inspire, equip, and oversee volunteer or ministry teams.
