🚛 Freight Broker / Logistics Coordinator (Remote, Commission-Based)
Location: Remote (Work Hours: Pacific Standard Time)
Compensation: Commission-Based (50%–70%, No Salary Cap)

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Learn and manage the full freight brokerage process.
• Provide shipping quotes, negotiate rates with carriers, and coordinate shipments.
• Use industry-standard tools, including Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Build strong relationships with carriers and customers.
• Prospect and onboard your own clients (optional, but rewarded at a higher commission).

  • 70% profit on shipments from your own clients

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in trucking, logistics, or freight brokerage is preferred.
• Availability to work standard business hours in Pacific Time (PST).
